After spending many years as a graphic designer, I decided it was time to look at something new. I have always had a passion for technology, and looking into building software seemed like a natural fit. After some research, I decided to go the route of Mobile Development, as it would let me use that extensive background in design while learning to develop software.
At that point I started the degree program for Mobile Development at Full Sail University. It was an accelerated program and some of the key points that we focused on were designing for mobile, building native iOS and Android applications, as well as the planning for creation and marketing of mobile applications.

View ResumeThis app was designed to help a 3D printing enthusiast track their projects. This was for my final project before graduation, and as such required the addition of some elements that I did not want to include in an actual release, such as a social sharing element, and the need to sign in for online storage. My goal is to rebuild the app removing the unwanted elements and then to release it to the app store. At the core, I wanted it to allow for a photo to be taken of a completed project and store info about that project.
Galactic Courier started as a project for one of my classes. Once the class was over, I decided to carry the project to completion and put it on the app store. As time allows, I continue to update it and have plans for other levels, ships, and control schemes.
